The procedure and rules for conducting visits in a pre-trial detention center are enshrined in Federal Law No. 103-FZ of July 15, 1995 “On the detention of suspects and accused of committing crimes” (Chapter II, Article 18) and Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2005 No. 189 “ On approval of the internal regulations of pre-trial detention centers of the penal system" (Article 16).
