“We have a long-standing conflict with our neighbor over parking in the yard. Constant swearing and scandals - in my opinion, just out of nowhere, the neighbor is behaving indecently. But then he started threatening my wife. I called the police, and the neighbor began to deny everything, saying I was making it up. The police left with nothing, and my mother-in-law said that I would be held accountable for making a false call. This is true?
– Indeed, sometimes a call to the police will be regarded as false, and the caller may be punished. But you should not immediately think that if the conflict was settled before the squad arrived, then the person will be held responsible - this is not at all the case.
